Torn salad with prosciutto and mozzarella

Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 head Woolworths Crunchita lettuce
150 g Woolworths fior di latte mozzarella, torn
70 g prosciutto crudo, torn
Woolworths olive oil breadsticks, for serving

For the dressing, mix:

2 T lemon juice
1 t Dijon mustard
1 T thick mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
honey, to taste
1/3 cup olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

Tear the lettuce apart. Toss with two-thirds of the dressing, then turn out onto a platter. Add the torn cheese and prosciutto. Drizzle with the remaining dressing and season to taste. Serve with the breadsticks.
