BAKED BANANAS

All you need for this beauty is three ingredients: bananas, Nutella and white chocolate. Preheat the oven, you’ll want to get on this sweet treat right away.

WHOLE BAKED PEARS

40 minutes is all you need to take a bite out of these golden, juicy pears. Serve with a drizzle of leftover syrup and a generous dose of cream or crème fraîche.

GRILLED FRUIT WITH SORBET AND GRANADILLA COULIS

Gather all your tropical fruits and place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar, vanilla seeds and cinnamon and braai over hot coals or in a griddle pan for three minutes on each side, or until charred. Serve with your favourite sorbet (or vanilla ice cream).
