Ingredients
500 g hot steamed baby potatoes
1/4 cup verjuice
3 tablespoons good olive oil
1 sachet sorrel leaves
Sea salt and milled black pepper, to taste
Method
Mix potatoes with the rest of the ingredients and serve as a side to grilled fish or steaks..
