8–10 minutes1. Using a peeler or sharp knife, shave the Viennas into strips over a bowl – much as you would peel a carrot.
2. Spray the strips with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
3. Preheat the air-fryer to 200°C. Add the Vienna strips to the air-fryer basket and cook them until golden, shaking halfway through.
4. Place the cooked strips in a serving bowl, top with chilli crunch and serve with mustard and tomato sauce.
Cook’s note: Serve these tasty bites with small forks – they’re great for sharing.
