1-ingredient cheese taco




This inspired, easy recipe has just one ingredient: Cheddar cheese! Simply melt and mould your cheese into a taco shape for a crunchy, cheesy new take on a taco.

1. Arrange the cheese slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper, then place under a hot grill for 2–3 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
2. Carefully remove from the oven and, using a butter knife or palate knife, remove the cheese from the paper and fold over a rolling pin to shape while they cool.
3. Fill with your favourite fillings such as avocado, sour cream, pickled onions, coriander and chilli to serve.
