- 120 g oats
- 175 g flour
- ½ t bicarbonate of soda
- ¼ t salt
- 1 large free-range egg
- 50 g coconut oil, melted
- 160 g white chocolate, chopped
- 50 g flaked almonds
- Woolworths creamy toffee sauce, for serving
Method
Ingredients1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 25 cm square baking tin with baking paper.
2. Mash the bananas. Add the caster sugar, oats, flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Stir until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the egg and coconut oil, then fold into the dry ingredients.
