Ingredients

- 200 g Woolworths Easy-Carve Medium Beech-Smoked Gammon, sliced* For the Asian salad:
- 10 g mint
- 10 g basil
- 10 g coriander
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced into ribbons
- 70 g mange tout, blanched
- 30 g cashew nuts, toasted
- 2 T olive oil For the dressing, whisk:
- 50 ml rice wine vinegar
- 175 ml sweet chilli sauce
Method

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salad and toss.
Arrange the salad on a serving platter, top with gammon slices and drizzle with the dressing.
