Ingredients

  • 200 g Woolworths Easy-Carve Medium Beech-Smoked Gammon, sliced*
  • For the Asian salad:
  • 10 g mint
  • 10 g basil
  • 10 g coriander
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced into ribbons
  • 70 g mange tout, blanched
  • 30 g cashew nuts, toasted
  • 2 T olive oil
  • For the dressing, whisk:
  • 50 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 175 ml sweet chilli sauce

Cooking Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salad and toss.

Arrange the salad on a serving platter, top with gammon slices and drizzle with the dressing.
