Ingredients

Method
  • 2 red onions, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 300 g mixed mushrooms
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 500 g sirloin
  • 2 T sherry
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • Asparagus, for serving

1. Soften 2 sliced red onions, 2 cloves chopped garlic and 300 g mixed mushrooms in 2 T olive oil.

2. Add 500 g sliced seared sirloin, 2 T sherry and 1 cup beef stock. Simmer for 30 minutes, then add ¾ cup sour cream.

3. Serve with blanched asparagus.
