Ingredients
Method
- chevin
- lemon, zested
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- fresh dill, chopped
- Woolworths powdered biltong
Method
Ingredients
1. Mash the chevin with a spoon or fork, then add the lemon zest, seasoning and dill and combine. Roll into 8 balls. Wet your hands just before rolling into balls, this will prevent them from sticking.
2. Sprinkle the biltong and crispy onions over a large plate and roll the cheese balls into the mixture to coat. Use any leftover powdered biltong to make a biltong dip with the next day. Chill the balls until ready to serve.
3. Serve your platter with Boerenkaas, sweet grapes, mixed olives, fresh tomatoes and biltong snacks.
