Ingredients
Method- 1 x 175 ml vanilla frozen yoghurt
- 1 x 175 ml Cape Fruits frozen yoghurt
- 1 x 175 ml English Toffee frozen yoghurt
- 125 g blackberries
- 1 x 250 ml packet palmiers
Method
IngredientsUse a mould and place blackberries at the bottom of the container.
Layer the different frozen yoghurts over the fruit and freeze.
To serve, run the container under warm water or place a warm cloth over the bottom and unmould onto platter.
Serve with palmiers on the side.
