Christmas spiced jam

Ingredients
Method- 700 g Woolworths mixed berries
- 250 g blueberries
- 2 ClemenGolds, zested and juiced
- 400 g sugar
- 1 star anise
- 2 cloves
- 1 T mixed spice
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
Ingredients1. Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until sticky.
2. Cool and pour into clean, sterilised jars. Directly cover the jam with rounds of greaseproof paper and seal.
3. Store in a cool place and chill once opened.
Cook's note: This fruity spiced jam doubles up as a great host’s gift. Make it in bulk and add tags ready to personalise.
