  • 100 g butter, cubed
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan, grated
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 400 g Woolworths fresh fettuccine, cooked al dente

Method

Ingredients

1. Melt the butter in a frying pan over a low heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Pour in the cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Stir in the cheese and season, then toss in the pasta.
