Ingredients
Method- 3 potatoes
- 1 large brinjal
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 t garam masala
- 1 t ground cumin
- ½ t dried chilli
- 1 t nigella or onion seeds
Method
IngredientsPreheat the oven to 200°C.
Peel the potatoes anc cut into 3 cm cubes. Cut brinjal into cubes of the same size ad toss with the potatoes, olive oil, garam masala, ground cumin, dried chilli and nigella or onion seeds and spread evenly on a large baking tray.
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Serve with spicy lamb and a yoghurt dip.
