Ingredients

Method
  • 1 cup mint
  • 2 T crystallised ginger
  • 1 T sugar
  • Ice
  • Ginger beer

Using a mortar and pestle, muddle 1 cup mint with crystallised ginger and sugar.

Spoon into a jug and top up with soda water or ginger beer and crushed ice.

Enjoy in frosted glasses.
