Method- 1 cup mint
- 2 T crystallised ginger
- 1 T sugar
- Ice
- Ginger beer
Method
IngredientsUsing a mortar and pestle, muddle 1 cup mint with crystallised ginger and sugar.
Spoon into a jug and top up with soda water or ginger beer and crushed ice.
Enjoy in frosted glasses.
