Lurpak® lemon, garlic and black pepper buttered prawns
Ingredients
Method- 1-2 cloves garlic, sliced or chopped
- 250 g Lurpak® butter, softened
- 1 lemon, zested
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 500 g large tiger prawns, cleaned
Method
Ingredients1. Fry the garlic in a little Lurpak® butter until just crispy, then remove from the heat and place in a bowl with the remaining Lurpak®.
2. Mix in the remaining ingredients except the prawns and store in an airtight container in the fridge or roll into a cylinder of baking paper until ready to use.
3. Melt 1–2 T of the Lurpak® butter in a pan and pan-fry the prawns to your liking. Add a little more Lurpak® butter just before serving.
