Ingredients
Method- 1½ cup ice
- 1½ cups plain yoghurt
- ½ cup milk
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 1-2 T honey For the Lavender sugar:
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- 10 lavender buds (free from pesticides), chopped
Method
IngredientsBlend all the ingredients for the lassi in a blender until smooth. Serve in glasses dipped in lavender sugar.
To make the lavender sugar, mix the lavender buds with the caster sugar
