Ingredients
Method- 200 g rolled oats
- 10 oranges
- 2-3 Granny Smith apples, grated
- 3 cardamom pods, seeds removed and ground
- 3 T honey
- 250 g thick plain yoghurt
- 50 g pistachios, chopped
Method
IngredientsPlace the oats, the juice of 8 oranges, apple, cardamom and honey into a large bowl. Cover with clingwrap and chill overnight.
Peel and slice the remaining oranges. Spoon the soaked oats into jars, top with a good spoonful of yoghurt, sliced orange and chopped pistachios.
