Ingredients

1 Woolworths Madeira loaf
2 x 180 g cups, desiccated coconut

For the lamington syrup, mix:

75 g ¾ cup, icing sugar
¾ cup hot water
2 T melted butter
1 T cocoa powder

For the snowball syrup, mix:

75 g ¾ cup, icing sugar
¾ cup hot water
2 T melted butter

Method

@wwtaste These 5-ingredient snowballs and lamingtons are the fastest you’ll ever make! All you need is a @Woolworths SA Madeira cake, icing sugar, butter, cocoa powder and coconut! INGREDIENTS 1 x Woolworths Madeira loaf 180 g desiccated coconut For the lamington syrup, mix: 75 g icing sugar ¾ cup hot water 2 T melted butter 1 T cocoa powder For the snowball syrup, mix: 75 g icing sugar ¾ cup hot water 2 T melted butter METHOD 1 Slice the Madeira loaf in half lengthwise and then into cubes to make 16 even squares. 2 Make the two syrups in separate bowls and divide the coconut between 2 separate bowls. 3 Dip a Madeira square into the chocolate syrup for no longer than 3 seconds, ensuring that it is evenly covered. Gently place it into the coconut and cover generously. Repeat with 7 more Madeira square.
