Ingredients
Method- 1 T olive oil
- 200 g sliced chorizo
- 1 clove sliced garlic
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 chopped chilli
- risoni pasta, cooked al dente
- Crumbled feta
- Chopped parsley
Method
IngredientsPlace a pan over a medium to high heat.
Heat olive oil then add sliced chorizo and clove sliced garlic. Allow to sizzle.
Add cherry tomatoes and chopped chilli and cook until blistered.
Toss with al dente risoni, crumbled feta, chopped parsley and seasoning.
Cook's note: risoni is a rice-shaped pasta available from most supermarkets.
