Ingredients

Method
  • 4 pork bangers, casings removed
  • 100 g streaky bacon, minced
  • 1⁄2 onion, finely chopped
  • a handful, coriander finely chopped
  • a handful rosemary, finely chopped
  • oil, for frying
  • For serving:

  • 4 burger rolls
  • lettuce or rocket
  • sliced cheese
  • sliced tomato
  • 4 free-range eggs, fried

Method

Ingredients

1. In a large bowl, combine the sausage meat, bacon, onion and herbs. Shape into 4–6 patties and chill for 30 minutes.

2. Heat the oil and fry the patties to your liking. Assemble the burgers and serve.
