Ingredients

Method
  • 12 ripe figs
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • Rosemary a few sprigs
  • 2 cups verjuice
  • Crème fraîche, for serving

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Place the figs in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with the honey. Tuck in a few rosemary sprigs and pour over the verjuice. Roast for 30 minutes. Serve with the crème fraîche.
