Swirled marshmallows

Wine/Spirit Pairing
Woolworths Spier Natural Sweet White 2016
Ingredients
Method
- 1 x 220 g box Woolworths marshmallow kit
- 1 t food colouring of your choice
Method
Ingredients
- Line a 27 x 18 cm tray with clingwrap and dust with half the coating mix in the kit.
- Make the marshmallows according package instructions. Once you have spooned the marshmallow mixture into the lined tin, swirl through a little food colouring using a skewer.
- Allow to set at room temperature for 2 hours. Cut into squares and dust with the remaining coating powder.
Cook’s note: Add some chocolate for your own variation on the traditional marshmallow Easter egg: once the marshmallow squares have set, dip them into melted chocolate and chill until the chocolate has set.
