Ingredients
Method- 1 head Woolworths Crunchita lettuce
- 150 g Woolworths fior di latte mozzarella, torn
- 70 g prosciutto crudo, torn
- Woolworths olive oil breadsticks, for serving For the dressing, mix:
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 T thick mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- honey, to taste
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
IngredientsTear the lettuce apart. Toss with two-thirds of the dressing, then turn out onto a platter. Add the torn cheese and prosciutto. Drizzle with the remaining dressing and season to taste. Serve with the breadsticks.
