Ingredients
2 pita breads, toasted and torn into pieces
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 cucumber, chopped
6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 red onions, chopped
8 radishes, halved
1 cup Italian parsley, chopped
1 cup mint, chopped
½ cup lime juice
¼ t ground cinnamon
1 t sumac
¼ cup pomegranate molasses
Method
Toss all the ingredients together.
Serve with
