Big, hearty roasts don’t have to be difficult or time-consuming. In fact, we’ve got the secret to perfecting roast pork rib-eye and beef chakalaka bredie with no trial and error involved.

We’re all about winter roasts but don’t enjoy the hours spent in the kitchen. Choose between classics with a twist such as beef chakalaka bredie, or go for tender and succulent pork rib-eye roast marinated in butter and flavoured with a trio of pepper.
