Grana Padano is the secret ingredient you need in your fridge. Its nutty, savoury notes are perfect for taking ordinary ingredients to the next level. Think leftover puff pastry, cold meats and lettuce – they all come alive with the simple addition of Grana Padano. Take a look at the recipes below to see what we mean.
1. Grana Padano palmiers and savoury twists
Palmiers look fancy, but they're surprisingly simple to make. They're typically a sweet treat, but we turned them into a spicy, cheesy delight by spreading 'nduja paste onto the pastry before layering it with grated Grana Padano and sliced pancetta.
While you're working with puff pastry, why not use the offcuts to make savoury twists? To take these up a notch, we used Serrano ham and, of course, grated Grana Padano.

2. Caesar salad with Grana Padano crisps
Grana Padano elevates Romaine lettuce in two ways in this recipe. First, grated Grana Padano is added to the dressing, then the salad is topped with crunchy crisps made with Grana Padano.
