Asian-style fish
Poaching fish like this really helps to imbue it with delicious flavours. Serve with Woolworths Easy to Wok Vegetables or sweet potato mash and pak choy.
Fiery and rustic chicken livers
I’m always on the hunt for really delicious chicken livers – this is definitely one of my favourite recipes. I love to eat them as a weeknight meal with potato wedges or fresh crusty bread.
My favourite omelette
Omelettes are more than acceptable at any time of the day, as long as you have eggs and one or two more things in the fridge, such as cheese or exotic mushrooms. An omelette is one of the best quick-fix meals ever.
Braaied gourmet corn
This is a meal on its own, trust me! You will be full and satisfied after this tastebud-tantalising combination of flavours. They’re also great wrapped up in parcels and roasted in the oven instead of done on the braai.
Open summer lasagne
I love to make this when I have a few friends over, it’s a real crowd pleaser and has clean, tasty flavours. Plus, it looks really impressive with minimal effort. My kind of food!
