- 4 sweetcorn cobs
- 250 g smoked bacon, chopped
- 120 g Gorgonzola
- Spring onions chopped, to garnish
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Grill or braai the sweetcorn until cooked.
Place the bacon in a pan over a medium heat and render the fat. Increase the heat and cook until crisp. Reduce the heat and add the cheese. Stir gently to melt.
Top the grilled sweetcorn with the bacon and melted Gorgonzola.
Garnish with chopped spring onions. Season with freshly ground black pepper
