Method- 2 T Woolworths smoked snoek pâté
- 2 Woolworths baguette rolls, halved and toasted
- 500 g Woolworths yellowtail pickled fish or Woolworths hake pickled fish For the toppings:
- 20 g Woolworths julienne carrots
- 2 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
- ¼ pineapple, thinly sliced
- 2 T Woolworths grated beetroot in vinaigrette
- 1 bird’s-eye chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- fresh coriander, to garnish
- fresh mint, to garnish
- handful Woolworths coconut chunks, finely grated

1. Spread the smoked snoek pâté onto the baguettes.
2. Top with the pickled fish.
3. Finish off with the carrots, cucumber, pineapple, beetroot, chilli, lime, coriander, mint and coconut.
