Chicken-and-bulgur wheat Greek salad

Pull up a chair, because Sifo the Cooking Husband has fired up the Weber to show you how to make delicious boerie rolls with iBhisto for that perfect “taste of home”.
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes, or until translucent.
2. Add the chilli, thyme, garlic and ginger and stir to combine.
3. Stir in the curry powder, paprika, parsley, masala spice and garlic salt. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously, then stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste and sugar.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer for a further 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, before serving.
5. Braai the wors over hot coals until cooked through. Serve on the hotdog rolls with the sauces and garnish with coriander.
