- 1 Woolworths sliced peppered roast beef with onion and mustard gravy
- Dijon mustard, for serving (optional) For the salsa, mix:
- 2 T fresh dill roughly chopped
- 2 T fresh parsley roughly chopped
- 2 T capers roughly chopped, plus 1 T
- 1 T brine green olives roughly chopped
- 1 T black olives roughly chopped
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt, to taste
Method
Ingredients
1. Prepare the beef according to package instructions.
2. Serve the beef with the salsa and Dijon mustard, if using.
