All the charm of a puffy, Neapolitan-style pizza base without the fuss. Finished with vibrant Napoletana, silky fior di latte, fresh basil and generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

  • 1 x 2 pack Woolworths Neapolitan-style pizza bases
  • Woolworths Napoletana sauce 1–2 T per base
  • 2 x 150 g packs Woolworths Ayrshire fior di latte mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Fresh basil, to garnish
  • extra virgin olive oil, for serving

Method

Ingredients

1.  Spread 1–2 T Napoletana sauce onto each pizza base. Top with the mozzarella.

2.  Bake at 220°C until golden and crispy.

3.   Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
