  • Main Course

  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 x 70 g Woolworths Fresh Crushed Garlic, Ginger, Chilli & Turmeric
  • 500 g Woolworths Freshly Frozen Uncooked & Peeled Large Prawns, thawed
  • 1 x 400 g Woolworths Goan Cook-in Sauce
  • 2 red chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 x 160 g Woolworths Coconut Chunks
  • 2 x 250 g Woolworths Fully Cooked White Basmati Rice, warmed in the microwave
  • Dessert

  • 1 x 1 L Woolworths Extremely Creamy Italian Pistachio Dairy Ice Cream
  • 6–8 Woolworths Large Chocolate Sugar Cones
  • 100 g raspberries, to serve

Method

Ingredients

1. Warm the Woolworths Indian-style Snack Platter in an air fryer and arrange on a platter with the green sauce and some lime wedges.

2. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the Woolworths Fresh Crushed Garlic, Ginger, Chilli & Turmeric. Saute for 2–3 minutes, or until fragrant.

3. Add the thawed prawns and coat in the spice mixture. Pour the Woolworths Goan Cook-in Sauce into the pan and heat through. This should take about 5–8 minutes. Serve immediately with some finely chopped red chilli, fresh coconut chunks and the hot Woolworths Fully Cooked White Basmati Rice.

4. End off with a simple, yet luxurious dessert, by scooping balls of Woolworths Extremely Creamy Italian Pistachio Dairy Ice Cream into small bowls or glasses. Top with crushed pieces of Woolworths Large Chocolate Ice Cream Cones and raspberries.
