Tender prego pork steaks are tucked into warm ciabatta rolls with a generous spoonful of fresh chimichurri, then served with crispy battered onion rings on the side. The herby sauce cuts through the richness of the pork, while the ciabatta adds plenty of crunch and chew. Ready in around 20 minutes, it’s an easy, satisfying dinner with very little prep.
