- ¼ cup Woolworths Cream
- 1 loaf Woolworths Thick Slice White Bread

Method
Ingredients
1. Heat 2T olive oil in a large pan over a medium-high heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until soft and fragrant – about 5 minutes.
2. Add the lamb mince and brown, breaking it up with a spatula or wooden spoon as it cooks. Season with a little salt.
3. Add the mince cook-in-sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
4. Whisk together the eggs and cream, and season.
5. Heat 2T oil in a pan over a medium heat, then dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 7–10 minutes per slice.
6. Spread a spoonful of mince on a slice of French toast and add a slice of cheese. Top with another slice and toast in a pan for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
7. Alternatively, complete sandwiches with cooked mince and cheese, dip complete sandwich in egg mixture, and toast.
