Arayes are flatbreads stuffed with seasoned beef mince and pan-fried until crisp on the outside, juicy within. Press the mince into pita pockets, fry until golden, and serve with Woolworths South African feta and herb dip and a fresh Greek leaf salad. A quick, satisfying dinner that turns leftover seasoned mince into something completely different. Ten minutes of prep, fifteen minutes in the pan, and it is on the table.
