This rugby season we're doing biltong two ways:

Snack-maxxed biltong board

First, the snack-maxxing platter – not your average biltong bowl, but a proper spread. Chilli pork bacon biltong, sweet chilli droewors rounds, chilli venison droewors, eland droewors and sliced eland biltong. Add some ricotta drizzled with honey, hot honey sprinkle, melba toast, pretzel thins, pistachios, mini cheddars, olives and whatever fruit and veg you've got. It's the kind of platter that disappears before half-time.

Nacho salad bowl

Then there's the nacho salad bowl. Biltong, nacho chips, sliced avo, baby Roma tomatoes, baby gem lettuce, grated cheese, red onion, chilli-and-lime sprinkle and roasted garlic mayo. Everything tossed together in one bowl – bright, bold and a whole vibe on its own.
