Zesty ClemenGold® smoothie: In a blender, combine 150 g plain Woolworths cultured coconut, 2 peeled bananas, 3 pitted dates, 1 tablespoon of nut butter (almond works well), ¼ t each of grated fresh turmeric and ginger, and the juice of 2 ClemenGolds. Blend until smooth serve with toasted coconut flakes and granadilla pulp.
Easy bran muffins with ClemenGold®: Mix a packet of Woolworths bran muffin mix according to the cooking instructions, however add the zest and juice of one ClemenGold® to the batter and mix through. Bake at 180°C for 15-25 minutes or until cooked through, then serve with ClemenGold® butter (2-3 T butter mixed the zest of one of the fruits.)
