Rosmarino pasta is called rosmarino because it resembles rosemary (rosmarino in Italian). It is most often used in soups but can also be used to replace rice in a rice salad.

It is available from selected Woolworths stores, from Woolworths online store and Italian delis.

It's made from durum wheat, so not suitable if you're wheat intolerant.
