Got that confit craving? Now you can satisfy it immediately, any night of the week.

When you’re feeling like something fancy but uncomplicated on a weeknight, choose Woolies’ free-range confit duck legs. They’re a whole lot easier to cook when they’ve done most of the work for you. Pair with an indulgent helping of perfectly roasted potatoes and fresh, blanched green beans and call it a really good night.

Serving suggestion: Prepare the duck according to package instructions. Blanch 280 g green beans. Heat 2 T olive oil in a pan, add the blanched beans and 1 T butter, then season. Prepare Woolworths’ frozen roast potatoes according to package instructions and serve with the duck and beans.
