It’s just not Easter without pickled fish.

Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or thinking of a light lunch with friends and family this Easter, bring some deliciously tangy pickled fish to the table. Woolworths’ pickled hake with onions and bay leaves in a mild curry sauce is delicious with toasted hot cross buns, or enjoy pickled yellowtail in a tasty fish taco while it’s in season.

Serving suggestion: Serve pickled hake in a toasted hot cross bun or with a simple salad of watercress, baby herbs and ruby grapefruit.
