Rose syrup

Rose syrup is a traditional Turkish delicacy that imparts a subtle fragrant flavour. It is used in sweets and desserts, such as the well-known Turkish Delight, and can also be used in biscuits and cold drinks such as Indian lassis.

Look for rose syrup at Indian and Middle Eastern suppliers or your local deli.
