Juicy, tender fillets of chicken in a crispy, golden crumb. Is there any better midweek supper saviour than Woolies’ chicken steaklets? And, if you’re gluten-intolerant and have been missing your fix on shelf, fear not: they’re back!


Made with a rice-and-chickpea flour coating, Woolies’ Free From Gluten crumbed chickens are available in gluten-free chicken schnitzels, as well as steaklets. Simply bake in the oven until crispy, then tuck in.

Serving suggestion

Serve the cooked chicken steaklets with roasted sweet red peppers and garlic on a bed of sweet-potato mash avoured with sour cream, and garnish with crisp pea shoots and thinly sliced spring onions.
