Chocolate polka-dot balloon with gold dust

Pour the hundreds-and-thousands into the balloon and inflate it.

Using a paintbrush, paint the balloon with dark chocolate and allow to set. Set aside some of the chocolate.

Stick the white chocolate buttons onto the balloon using the remaining chocolate as glue. Sprinkle with gold dust.

Pop the balloon, breaking the chocolate into shards, and serve.
