Maille mustard-marinated lamb chops

1. Gently heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic, chilli and ginger. When fragrant, increase the heat and add the stir-fry.
2. Stir-fry until tender-crisp. Mix the stock with the soya sauce and pour over the vegetables. Heat through, then stir in the prawns. Serve over Chinese noodles.
