Venison steak salad

Muddle the mint leaves and honey in a glass or cocktail shaker using a muddler or pestle.
Add ice, the pineapple juice and a dash of lemon juice and stir to infuse.
Pour the beer into a stemmed glass and strain the infused liquid over the beer.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
