2 Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Drizzle with the flavoured butter, tossing as you pour to coat evenly. Sprinkle over the sriracha chilli seasoning and toss again until well distributed.
Cook’s note: Add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast for a cheesy kick that pairs perfectly with the spice.
