All the lamb, none of the effort

When it comes to warming winter meals, few contenders beat a moreish, meltingly tender lamb dish – especially when it stars flavourful lamb from Woolies.


And it’s even better when it’s the new East to Cook slow-cooked deboned leg of lamb in a Greek-style tomato sauce with sweet potato and pumpkin wedges. All the prep has been done and it’s packaged in a convenient foil tray, so all you need to do is pop it into the oven for 50 minutes before dishing up.
