Serve a batch of Woolies’ fish cakes at your next party and they’ll be gone in seconds.

Crunchy on the outside, tender inside and packed with flavour, they’re the ultimate entertaining or quick dinner solution.Build a party platter with lemon wedges, pickles and tartare sauce, or make it a burger night with hamburger buns, pickled red onion, cucumber, mayo and radishes. Try new trout fish cakes, opt for hake or snoek fish cakes, or melting middle hake or salmon fish cakes, which are filled with a creamy parsley and dill sauce respectively. Serving suggestions

On a platter: Roast baby potatoes with salt and whole cloves of garlic. Bake the fish cakes according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly, then serve with a green salad of shaved celery and sliced cucumber, microherbs, tartare sauce, capers, pickles, lemon wedges and the roast potatoes.In a burger: Bake the fish cakes according to package instructions. Toast hamburger rolls, spread with mayo and layer with the cooked fish cakes, lettuce, microherbs, sliced radishes and pickled onions.
