On a platter: Roast baby potatoes with salt and whole cloves of garlic. Bake the fish cakes according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly, then serve with a green salad of shaved celery and sliced cucumber, microherbs, tartare sauce, capers, pickles, lemon wedges and the roast potatoes.
In a burger: Bake the fish cakes according to package instructions. Toast hamburger rolls, spread with mayo and layer with the cooked fish cakes, lettuce, microherbs, sliced radishes and pickled onions. Serve with chopped cucumber, radishes and fresh coriander.
